·         Door-step Delivery is available for all products across India.

·         Free Shipping on all orders over Rs. 2000/-

·         Standard Shipping Charges Rs. 60 (It is per order and not per item. If you buy 10 items in a order, you will be charged only Rs. 60 for all the items put together)
There is no minimum order quantity or value.

·         All the orders are shipped within 3-4 working days once the confirmed order received.

·         The shipping of packages depends on the size and availability of the products. Sometimes large quantities of the products will not be delivered immediately.

·         We currently deliver through Ship Rocket / Indian Speed Post for orders across India

·         Whatsnext reserve the right to cancel, delay, or recall the order from delivery of the Products, if any fraud is suspected.

·         Whatsnext shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed with wrong & duplicate content or containing any other incorrect information at any time before the dispatch of the products.

·         Whatsnext will provide notification to the Customer and will process a refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

·         There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made.

·         If we receive a wrong order (Govt. Department, School, College, Banks,
Financial Institutions, other Countries), then we will cancel the order and refund the amount by deducting the payment gateway and handling charges (approx 3-4%).

·         If you want to cancel your order for any other reason, you can get in touch with our team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel the order and refund your amount.
